| | MSPCA would like to remind all applicators to review the products they use and ensure that each technician applying a product is appropriately certified to apply the products they are using. Additionally, ensure that each technician is appropriately certified in each state where they make applications. It is also a good idea to plan ahead and be prepared to meet the coming requirement for RUPs to only be applied by a certified technician. |

This first event, which MSPCA plans to develop into an ongoing series, is designed for owners, managers, sales teams, service representatives, or anyone who is integral in the operation of a pest management company. The three business-building sessions will focus on sales, customer service, and employee engagement. Plus, we've built in time for attendees, vendors and speakers to make connections during the event over breakfast and lunch. |
| October 3, 2024 8:00AM - 12:30PM EDT | Live Zoom Event This half-day program will take place on Thursday, October 3, 2024, virtually on Zoom. MDA considers a live zoom meeting to be an in-person event, even if it is virtual. Recertification credits will be applied for in in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. The cost is $45 for MSCPA members and $75 for non-members. Registration will open soon. |
