Pest Fly Identification, Inspection, and Control is a discussion on flies commonly found in and around dwellings.  It covers how to identify, inspect for and methods of control.  Included are high-resolution photos of fly species discussed.

About Danial Dye

Daniel holds four Florida State Certifications: Termite and Other Wood destroying Organisms – Fumigation – Lawn and Ornamentals – General Household Pests and Rodent Control.

He is an Associate Certified Entomologist Emeritus with 42 years of pest management experience.

Daniel retired as the Training Coordinator for Florida Pest Control in January of 2018.

He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Pest Management Association.

Although Daniel’s main expertise is in urban entomology, he has a keen interest in other insects, spiders and creepy critters found in the wild places. When not chasing spiders and insects, Daniel and his wife, Yvonne, search for herpetofauna (reptiles and amphibians) to photograph.

Daniel’s insect and herpetofauna photos have been published in several books and magazines.
