Over the past five years, the rise in demand for mosquito control services is undeniable. The majority of pest management companies consider mosquito control a significant growth opportunity for their company. What’s driving this add on service opportunity?

Weather and concern about mosquito-borne diseases both play a part. Regardless of mosquito species, there’s an elevated risk of disease transmission when temperatures are above 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Although pest management companies are not able to guarantee protection from mosquito-borne diseases we can provide customers who want to enjoy time in their backyards comfort and peace of mind.

We will discuss The IPM approach to mosquito control minimizing breeding sites, using a combination of adulticides and larvicides to address every stage in the life cycle, and educating customers about standing water, as well as setting their expectations for management versus elimination.
