where we will vote on 

 Proposed Amendments to the MSPCA Constitution & Bylaws 

A Member vote to approve the amendment of the Constitution & Bylaws will be held December 12, 2023, 6:00 pm during the MSPCA Board & Annual Meeting at the Yellow Fin Steak & Fish House, 2840 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD 21037.

Announcement: MSPCA membership will vote to replace the current MSPCA Constitution & Bylaws with the proposed new Bylaws at the December 12th Annual Meeting. The current MSPCA Constitution and Bylaws dictate the process by which governing documents may be amended. To read about the specifics on the process for amending the bylaws please see Constitution and Bylaws, Article XI in the Constitution and Article II in the By-Laws, both found in the current MSPCA Constitution & Bylaws (see link above).

Active members in good-standing of the Association are eligible to cast a vote in this matter.

The MSPCA Board invites individuals associated with the industry to attend our upcoming dinner meeting. The event will feature a brief business meeting, including a vote to approve new bylaws and elections. After we're finished with the formalities, we can sit down together and enjoy a delicious meal. This will be an excellent opportunity to connect with one another as we look back over the last year and look forward to 2024.

Interstate Pest Management Conference!

Get your team registered for the MSPCA Interstate Pest Management Conference (IPMC)! A full agenda has been developed that provides practical training on a broad spectrum of Pest Control and Turf & Ornamental topics. Pest Management training will be held on both January 24th and 25th. Turf and Ornamental training will be held on January 25th only. Earn recertification credits in MD, DE, DC, MJ, PA, WV, and VA.
Seats are limited to 300 registrants per day.
