Retain Your WDI-O Credentials!

MSPCA will be holding its annual WDI-O Re-Credentialing Training virtually via Zoom in 2024. Since 2003 MSPCA has trained and credentialed over 200 inspectors and the Credentialed designation is widely recognized by those in the real estate industry. To maintain your WDI Inspector status attend this course and extend your voluntary certification for another 3 years. No state recertification credits are available for this course - only MSPCA WDI-O recertification is offered.

This half-day program includes excellent speakers and topics, as well as a Maryland Regulatory update.
