Business Building Blocks
The Business Building Blocks track is designed to equip owners, managers, and key staff with practical tools to streamline current and new processes that help grow their company. This popular program has been presented twice in September over the past two years and has received rave review from the participants.
We have merged this business management training event with the IPMC to make it more convenient for staff to attend during a slower time of year. This year's Business Building Block track will focus on streamlining processes - both current and new processes to help grow pest control businesses. Sessions will focus on:
- Controlling Your Costs
- Customer Retention
- Maximizing the Value of a Lead
Who should attend? Business owners, managers, sales staff, customer sales representatives - essentially all of the staff that make the office run efficiently will benefit from this training and will take actionable ideas back to the office to put to use right away.
